Returns and Exchanges:
When you return an online payment, you can choose how you want to receive your refund: with the same payment method you used for the purchased item or through an online voucher.
Items that are on sale are only eligible for exchange; refunds are not available.
Refunds typically require up to 14 days to be processed. If you have not received a refund after more than 14 days, kindly contact our customer support.
Exchanges are only available within 3 days of receiving the order and are subject to availability of the desired product.
Exchanged or returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Items with special packaging and additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
